Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special_ meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was a on t e 27th

Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-500
REVISING CITY COUNCIL POLICY MANUAL
WHEREAS, the City Council has directed that its policy manual be periodically
reviewed and updated; and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the policy Relating to Making Staff Reports
Available to Homeowner Associations, the policy Relating to the Procedures for
Processing Notices of Claim Against the City, the Policy Relating to the
Maintenance, Preservation, Reproduction, and Disposal of Public Records and
Documents, and the policy Relating to Audio Tapes Used for the Purpose of
Recording City Council Meetings;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the above mentioned policies be revised as presented.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, ItTe—
