Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on tTie 27th

The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-499
RESCINDING POLICY RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE
OF PERMITS TO HUNT DEER
WHEREAS, the City Council has directed that its policy manual be periodically
reviewed and updated; and
WHEREAS, it has previously been determined by the City Council that the City of
Plymouth will not permit deer hunting within its corporate limits thereby
nullifying the existing policy;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Policy Relating to the Issuance of Permits to Hunt
Deer is rescinded in its entirety.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, TKe
Vasiliou Zitur and Sisk The foflowing
voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
