Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 87-497
APPROVING TEMPORARY ON -SALE
MALT LIQUOR LICENSE
WHERF4S, an application for Temporary On -Sale Malt Liquor License has been
received from Dayna Foote representing Hyatt Corporation, to be held in
conjunction with a softball tournament at Zachary Playfield on August 3, 1987
for consideration and approval by the Plymouth City Council in accordance with
Plymouth City Code, Chapter 1206;
WHEREAS, all fees have been paid, required insurance provided, and the Police
Department investigation conducted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a Temporary On -Sale Malt Liquor License is hereby
approved for Dayna Foote, Hyatt Corporation for August 3, 1987.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, tie
following voted In favor thereof: Mayor Schneider Councilmembers Vasillou
Zitur and Sisk The following
