Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 27th day of July , 1987. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Zitur.
Vasiliou and Sisk
following members were absent: None

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-493
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
AT 54TH AVENUE AND NATHAN LANE FOR DENNIS BACKES, NORTHWOOD HOMES, INC. (87058)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located
at 54th Avenue North and Nathan Lane from FRD (future restricted development) District
to the R-3 (medium density multiple residence) District in conjunction with approval of
the Final Plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat to be filed with
Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
qvoteand upon vote being taken thereon, the foilow 41—
