Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th day
of July , 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider,
Councilmembers Crain, Zitur, V silinu anti Sick
The fallowing members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-488
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
CERTAIN DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS IN BLOCK 2 AND BLOCK 3 AND
CHESHIRE LANE LYING NORTHERLY OF 61ST AVENUE NORTH IN
LAKE CAMELOT ESTATES
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Harstad-Todd, Developers of Lake Camelot
Estates has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following
drainage and utility easements and street right-of-way:
DESCRIPTION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS TO BE VACATED:
All of the drainage and utility easements in Lots 17 through 27
inclusive, Block 2 and in Lots 1 through 17 inclusive, Block 3, all
in Lake Camelot Estates, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
DESCRIPTION OF STREET VACATION:
That part of Cheshire Lane in Lake Camelot Estates, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, lying Northerly of 61st Avenue North.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to
be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
August 17, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center,
3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said
petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing
as provided by law.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Zitur. Vasiliou and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
