Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th day of
July , 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider,

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-487
CHANGING NAME OF FINAL PLAT OF
PINE RIDGE ADDITION TO
PINE RIDGE AT BASS LAKE (86147)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution Nos 87-394, 87-395 and 87-396 on
June 15, 1987, approving the Final Plat and Setting Conditions to be met before
the filing of the Final Plat for Pine Ridge Addition; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has learned that this name is no longer acceptable to
Hennepin County since it has been used for another development; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested the name of the addition be changed to
Pine Ridge At Bass Lake.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should and hereby does change the name
included within the previous approvals for Pine Ridge Addition to Pine
Ridge At Baas Lake; and
FURTHER, that all references within the previous resolutions, Development
Contract and Plat be changed to Pine Ridge At Bass Lake.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Crain.
Zitur. Vasiliou and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
