Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, d.. 111.1ni. meeting of the City Council of the

Councilmember Sisk introduced the followinq Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-180
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR ASPHALT DRIVEWAY COMPANY
(86102)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Asphalt Driveway Company located at 9905 Tenth Avenue North
was approved under City Council Resolution No. 86-694; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
Letter of Credit in the amount of S53,583.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the financial guarantee;
NDW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MIHfESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the Letter of
Credit No. 25-86 in the amount of $53,583.00 which was submitted to guarantee site
Improvements for Asphalt Driveway Company located at 9905 Tenth Avenue North, to
$2,700.00.
