Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
ity of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of July 1937. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider. Councilmcmber< Crain. Zit'r._
Vasiliou and Sisk The
following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 474
APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR JAMES F. FOX, MI14UTEMA14 PRESS INTERNATIONAL
(87070)
WHEREAS, James F. Fox, Minuteman Press International, has requested a Conditional Use
Permit to operate a copy duplicating center in the Four Seasons Shopping_ Mall at the
southwest corner of County Roads 9 and 18; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for James F. Fox, Minuteman
Press International for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a copy duplicating center
Pin the Four Seasons Shopping Mail at the southwest corner of County Roads 9 and 18,
subject to the following conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to James F. Fox, Minuteman Press International as operator of
the facility and shall not be transferable.
3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. Any signage shall conform with the City Ordinance standards.
5. There shall be no outside display, sales, or storage of merchandise or related
materials.
b. The permit shall be renewed in one year to assure compliance with the conditions.
7. Compliance with applicable Building and Fire Code requirements shall be verified
by the City prior to Permit issuance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
C_ouncilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembersjou and
Sisk The following
'voted against or abstained: alone Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
