Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _ Regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was Held on the 6th day of
July , 19 87. The following members were present:

9nijqrj1mPmhPr Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 472
APPROVING CHANGING CONDITIONS FOR PHEASANT TRAIL ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously approved the Anderson's Pheasant
Trail Addition, and
WHEREAS, the development agreement under Condition 13.1 calls for the
dedication of park land, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended to change this condition to a dedication
of cash in lieu of land,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Condition 13.1 of the development agreement
for Anderson's Pheasant Trail Addition is hereby changed to read "payment
of park dedication fees in lieu of land dedication."
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
