HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-468CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Ranular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the �— day of JuIT—, 1987. The following members were present: Sick 7it-w an,' Va-iliou The following members were absent: Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87- 468 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND SUNSET VALLEY HOMES ADDITION (87022) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated April 20, 1987, Sunset Valley Homes, Inc., developer of Sunset Valley Homes addition (87022), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: Elt 4 Awl ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction $ 35,300 $ 35,300 Sanitary Sewer 23,600 2,360 Watermain 25,000 2,500 Storm Sewer 6,100 610 Boulev&rd and Drainage Swale Sod 3,800 3,800 Pond or Ditch Construction -0- -0- Street Signs 150 150 Site Grading and Drainage Improvements See Grading Permit No. 5135 Park and Trail Improvements -0- -0- Design, Adminiscration, Inspection, As-Builts 11,274 5,366 TOTAL $105,224 $ 50,086 That the letter of credit required for the above items be reduced as detailed above from $105,224 to $50,086 to reflect the completed work. Resolution No. 87- 468 Page Two i FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the bonding requirements for the following items per Section 8.1 of the approved development contract be reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan, Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning Cash: $ -0- $ -0- Letter of Credit: $ -0- $ -0- The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by rnunrilmamhar 7itur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, The following voted against or abstained: Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
