The following members were present: The following members were absent: *,tom *dons*** rallocilmmber Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87-465 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT CITY PROJECT NO. 660 WOOD CREEK ADDITION - DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS WHEREAS, the City Council ordered a Preliminary Engineering Report be prepared for the Wood Creek Addition by the installation of drainage improvements, including the drainage ditches identified as points 152-153; 154-155; as identified in the City of Plymouth's Comprehensive Storm Drainage Plan dated 1980 by the installation of storm sewer pipe, ditch improvements and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, a Preliminary Engineering report has been prepared and was presented to the City Council at their July 6, 1987, Council meeting; and WHEREAS, the Council desires to have the Assessment Committee review the report prior to holding a public hearing. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: The Preliminary Engineering Report for Project No. 660 be referred to the Assessment Committee for their review and recommendations prior to holding a public hearing on the project. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Zitur and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
