Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of
July , 19 87. The following members were present:
Major Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Zitur and Vasi lou

Wun�ilmpmber Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 462
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 FOR PROJECT NO. 711
WHEREAS, it is necessary to raise a manhole at Rolling Hills neighborhood
park for proper drainage, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended approval of
this change order as presented by Barber Construction,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Change Order No. 2 for Project No. 711 in the
amount of $800 is hereby approved, and further, that the total contract
with Barber Construction of $286,644.70 is hereby increased to $287,444.70.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
