Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a R meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e fth day of

introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 461
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 5 FOR PROJECT NO. 712
WHEREAS, it has been necessary to make changes to the electrical services
at Parkers Lake Park, Project No. 712, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has reviewed and recommended
Change Order No. 5,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Change Order No. 5 in the amount of $4,148 is
hereby approved, and further, that the total contract amount with H.L.
Johnson is amended from $278,352.30 to $282,500.30.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in avor thereUr Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk and Zitur
