Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of.
July , 1987. The following members were present:
Mayer Schneider' Cnuncilmemhers Crain. Sisk, Zitur and Vasiliou
The following members were absent: none

Councilmember Crain - introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 87- 460
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
S.J. GROVES OFFICE PARK AREA IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT N0. 648
WHEREAS, the traffic signals were deleted from the original contract; and
WHEREAS, State Aid approval has been received for the traffic signal portion of
the proposed work; and
WHEREAS, revisions to the original plans and specifications are desired as
listed in the attached Statement of Revisions; and
WHEREAS: the City desires to have the signals constructed at this time; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the required
installation;
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for S. J. Groves Office Park Area Improvements,
Project No. 648 is recommended for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TETE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that Change Order No. 2 for S. J. Groves Office Park Area
Improvements, Project No. 648 by adding $147,135 is approved.
Original Contract Amount $865,117.71
Previous Change Order - Deduct 138,454.00
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 - Add 147,135.00
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT...... $873,798.71
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk, Zitur and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
