Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of
�tuly , 1987. The following members were present:

its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-459
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
FERNBROOK LANE IMPROVEMENTS FOR FERNBROOK ADDITION
PROJECT NO. 544
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared providing for the following:
Sewer and water service to the proposed Fernbrook Addition. The
plat also provides for a storm water holding pond on the East side
of Fernbrook Lane at 45th Avenue. This pond's storage will allow
reducing the pipe size from 30" to 18". The additional costs will
be assessed against the Fernbrook Addition.
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 for the Fernbrook Lane Improvements Contract,
Project No. 544 is recomended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that Change Order No. 3 for Fernbrook Lane Improvements
Contract, Project No. 544 by adding $2,825.80 is approved.
Original Contract Amount $673,218.45
Previous Change Orders 84,968.75
THIS CHANGE ORDER N0. 3 - Add 2,825.80
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT...... $761,013.00
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers
Crain. Sisk. Zitur and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
_ Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
