The following members were present: rnnnrilmhPMG rrain- Sick- 7itur and The pm fol owing members were absent: nnnp rniinrilmomhor Si-zk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87- 453 APPROVING RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PRELIMINARY PLAN/PLAT AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT FOR KENNETH BRIGGS, HARSTAD COMPANIES FOR LAKE CAMELOT ESTATES (87056) (RPUD 86-1) WHEREAS, Kenneth Briggs, Harstad Companies, has requested approval for a Residential Planned Unit Development Preliminary Plan/Plat and Conditional Use Permit Amendment for Lake Camelot Estates for 186 single family lots, 148 multi -family attached dwellings, and 192 apartment units located west of I-494 and north of County Road 47; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public Hear- ing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Residential Planned Unit Development Preliminary Plan/Plat and Conditional Use Permit Amendment for Kenneth Briggs, Harstad Companies for Lake Camelot Estates located west of I-494 and north of County Road 47, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense. 3. No Building Permits shall be issued until a Contract has been awarded for sewer and water. 4. Street names shall comply with the City Street Naming System. 5. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any open storm water drainage facility. 6. No Building Permits shall be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 7. Final Plat mylars shall refer to MPUD No. 86-1. PLEASE SEE PAGE TWO Page two Resolution No. 87- 453 S. Appropriate legal documents reqardinq Homeowner .Association documents, covenants and restrictions as approved by the City .Attorney, shall be filed with the Final Plat. 9. All development shall comply with Resolution Nos. 86-256 and 86-738, and the Development Contract for Lake Camelot Estates. 10. The following lots shall have a minimum front yard setback of 25 ft.: Block 1, Lots 2 - 8; Block 2, Lots 3 - 9; from Cheshire Lane only, Block 1, Lots 1 and 9; from Berkshire Lane only, Block 2, Lots 2 and 10. These last four lots shall have a minimum yard setback of 35 ft. from 61st Avenue North. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by CnunrilmemhPr 7itur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: MaVnr Srhnpjdpr.
