HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-452CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of July , 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Zitur and Vasiliou — The following members were absent: none Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87- 452 APPROVING A CONDITIONAL_ USE PERMIT FOR ROBERT COWAN, CABO COMPANY, INC. FOR BEEK'S PIZZA (87063) WHEREAS, Robert Cowan, CABO Company, Inc. has requested a Conditional Use Permit for Beek's Pizza, to operate a Class II restaurant with pick-up and delivery service at 3431 County Road 18; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commissioi: has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Robert Cowan, CABO Company for a Conditional Use Permit for Beek's Pizza to operate a Class II restaurant with pick-up and delivery service located at 3431 County Road 18, subject to the following conditions: 1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. 2. The permit is issued to Robert Cowan, CABO Co., Inc., for Beeks Pizza, as operator of the facility and shall not be transferable. 3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner. 4. Any signage shall conform with the City Ordinance standards. 5. There shall be no outside display, sales, or storage of merchandise or related materials. 6. The permit shall be renewed in one year to assure compliance with the conditions. 7. Compliance with applicable Building and Fire Code requirements shall be verified by the City prior to Permit issuance. S. All parking shall be off-street in designated areas which comply with the Zoning Ordinance. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by _ Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, disk.
