Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regularmeeting eeting of the City Council of the

introduced the following Resolution and moved its
RESOLUTION NO. 87-445
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
SOUTHEAST OF COUNTY ROAD 9 AND XENIUM LANE FOR POWELL LINCOLN MERCURY. (87049)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinarice rezoning certain land located
southeast of County Road 9 and Xenium Lane from FRD (future restricted development)
District to the B-3 (service business) District in conjunction with approval of the
Final Plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the Final Plat to be filed with
Hennepin County prior to the publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fol owing
voted in favor thereof: ayor c.neider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Zitur and Vasiliou The following
voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
