HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-444, . 7777 , .,< CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of July , 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk. Zitur and Vasiliou The following members were absent: none Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87-444 ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS BASS LAKE PLAZA AREA - PROJECT NO. 011-001 HARRISON HILLS SEWER EXTENSION - PROJECT NO. 630 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 87-274 of the City Council adopted the 15th day of June, 1987, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to utility improvements for the Bass Lake Plaza Area, and Harrison Hills Sewer Extension; and WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of watermain and sanitary sewer for the County Road 18 Frontage Road, between 56th Avenue and 54th Avenue, and sanitary sewer only for properties South of County Road 10, from Nathan Lane to approximately 1300 feet West of Nathan Lane; and WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 6th day of July, 1987, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted June 15, 1987. 2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain. Sisk. Zitur and Vasiliou The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
