Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a SRetiai meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on tie 22nd day of
June , 19 87. The following members were present:

Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-440
APPROVING CHANE ORDER NO. 1 FOR NEIGHBORHOOD PARK PROJECT NO. 711
WHEREAS, Barber Construction has bid a cost of $6.33 per lineal foot
for the installation of trail in accordance with City standard specifica-
tions, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has reviewed and recommends
Change Order No. 1 for the inclusion of paving along Fernbrook and Zachary
Lanes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $39,562.50
is hereby approved, and further, that the total contract amount with B-irber
Construction is amended from $247,082.20 to $286,644.70.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
