Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of
June , 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider,
Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Zitur and Vasiliou

Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 439
COOPERATIVE CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT
PARK AND RIDE LOT EXPANSION
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Plymouth enter into Agreement No. 64032 with
the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following
purposes, to -wit: to provide for payment by the City to the State of the
City's share of the costs of the Park and Ride Lot construction to be performed
in the Southeast quadrant of the Trunk Highway No. 55/County State Aid Highway
No. 73 Intersection within the corporate city limits under State Project No.
2723-83 (T.H. 55=188).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized
and directed to execute such agreement.
FURTHER, that funding for the project in an amount not to exceed $15,000 be
provided from Plymouth Metrolink (Account 210-210-810).
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Zitur and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
