HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-438CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of June , 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain. Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The following members were absent: None Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87- 438 ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FERNBROOK WOODS, PHASE I STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT NO. 720 WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the improvement of Fernbrook Woods, Phase I, including 47th Avenue, 48th Court, Ithaca Lane and Fernbrook Lane was duly presented to the Council on the 22nd day of June, 1987; and WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted February 9, 1987, a report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement and this report was received by the Council on June 22, 1987. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petition as signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvement. 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted February 9, 1987. 3. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. 4. The construction contract will not be awarded until the owners of Fernbrook Woods Addition enter into a developer's agreement with the City of Plymouth. The motion for the adoption of the foregcing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmembej' Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk. Vasiliou and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. x.
