Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meetina of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was hell on the 22nd
day of June , 19 87 . The followina members were
present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 432
APPROVING RENEWAL OF OFF -SALE NON -INTOXICATING
MALT LIQUOR LICENSES FOR 1987-1988
WHEREAS, applications for Off -Sale Non-Intoxicatinq Malt Liquor Licenses have
been received for consideration and approval by the Pl�wouth City Council, in
accordance with Plymouth Cite Code, Chapter XII, Section 1210;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Off -Sale Non -Intoxicating Malt Liquor Licenses be
approved for the period duly 1, 1987 through dune 30, 1988 for the followina:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, tTe
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider Councilmember Crain
Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The followinq

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
