Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd
day of June , 19 87 . The following members were
present: Mayor Schneider, CouncilmeFeers Z ai'n, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87-429
APPROVING RENEWAL OF CONSUMPTION AND DISP!Av LICENSE
FOR 1987-1988
WHEREAS, application for a Consumption and Display License has been received for
consideration and approval by the Plymouth City Council, in accordance with
Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII, Section 1206;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a Consumption and Display license be approved for the
period July 1, 1987 through June 30, 1988 for the following:
CONSUMPTION AND DISPLAY
Ivy's Place
12210 County Road 9
West Medicine Lake Community Club
1705 Forestview Lane
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, Me-
