HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-426CITY OF PLYIOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day of June , 19 87. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain. _ Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The following members were absent: None Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87- 426 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO FINAL PLAT FOR PARKERS LAKE 24D ADDITION FOR NORTHLAND LAND COMPANY (FILE 87006) (MPUD 83-1) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for Parkers Lake 2nd Addition as requested by Northland Land Company; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following to be met, prior to recording of, and related to said plat: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. The Ordinance rezoning the property shall be published upon evidence that tele Final Plat has been filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 3. No Building Permits shall be issued until a Contract has bcon awarded for the construction of municipal sewer and water and, the MPCA Permit issued. 4. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense. 5. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any open storm water drainage facility. 6. Yard setbacks shall be per the approved Final Plans. 7. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat. 8. No Building Permits to ne issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 9. Appropriate legal documents regarding Homeowner Association covenants and restric- tions as approved by the City Attorney, shall be filed with the Final Plat. 10. The Final Plat mylars shall contain a statement noting that the plat is part of the approved MPUD 83-1 per Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance. Page two Resolution No. 87- 426 11. Access shall he limited to internal public roads and restricted from Vicksburg Lane, County Road 6, and residential areas along Niagara Lane. 12. Outlots A, 8, C, D, E, G, and M shall be deeded to the City for park purposes prior to filing the Final Plat. 13. Street dames shall comply with the City Street Naming System. 14. The P--veloper will provide k. pies of the approved overall PUD Plan and its corjitions as an addendum to their purchase agreements. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
