RESOLUTION CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING PURSUANT TO PLYMOUTH CITY CODE
SECTION 2010, SUBDIVISION 3
WHEREAS, on November 24, 1986, the City Council authorized the use of Plymouth City
Code 2010 to enforce compliance with the City Ordinance with respect to public
nuisance existing at 4300 Fernbrook Lane; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property Mr. Larry Begin has received two separate
thirty -day notices, the first on February 25, 1987, and the second on March 27, 1987,
the latter being delivered in person to the property owner; and
WHEREAS, the property owner has failed to comply with the public nuisance provisions
within the alloted time periods; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to proceed with elimination of this public nuisance
prior to the end of calendar year 1987;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota,that it should and hereby does order a public hearing commencing at 7:30
p.m. Monday, July 6, 1987, in the Plymouth City Council Chambers, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard to afford the property owner with the opportunity to address the Council on
this Issue and for the Council to determine the manner in which and time frame during
which the property will be cleaned and further that the City Clerk is hereby ordered
to provide written notification to the property owner and occupant at least ten days
prior to the public hearing by certified mail or personnel delivery.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
