Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Reaular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th day of
.lune , 1987. The following members were present:
Mawr Schneider. COuncilmem_bers Crain, Sisk. Zitur and Vasilinu
The following members were absent: none
COuncilmembar Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 415
TRAFFIC SIGNAL AGREEMENT
COUNTY ROAD 6 AND DUNKIRK LANE
CITY PROJECT NO. 620
WHEREAS, Agreement for participation in the construction and operation of
traffic control signal system on County State Aid Highway No. 6 at Dunkirk
Lane, Hennepin County Project 8659 (City Project No. 620), Agreement No. PW
19-17-87, has been prepared and presented to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED: That said Agreement in all things approved;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign
Agreement No. 19-17-87, Hennepin County Project No. 8659.
FURTHER, that the funding for the project in the amount of $18,500 be provided
from the City M.S.A. Fund.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmembers Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk_ 7itur and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
