Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a R,Qular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of ,111,,,, 19-u. The

Mayor Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved Its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 404
DENYING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR U-DO-CARWASH (85109)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for U-DO-Carwash located at 14440 28th Place North was approved
under City Council Resolution No. 85-974; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Letter of Credit in the amount of $32,500.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council under Resolution No. 87-49 authorized the reduction of the
financial quara►itee to 52,500.00; and,
. WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site; and,
HWEREAS, the Council was informed that all required plantings had not survived one
winter as required by the Zoning Ordinance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN-
NESOTA, that it should and hereby does not authorize the release of the Letter of
Credit No. MBP 103186 in the amount of $2,500.00 which was submitted to guarantee site
Improvements for U-DO-Carwash located at 14440 28th Place North, based on the
Information that all of the landscaping has not survived a winter growing season.
The motion for adoption of the f,iregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain ,and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Aayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Zitur and Vasiliou The following
voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
