Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th day of
June , 1987. The following members were present:

Councilmember Crain introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 402
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
DEEP WELL NO'S 8 AND 9 PUMPING FACILITIES - REVISED
PROJECT N0. 625
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the City Council on April 27, 1987,
the City's consulting engineer, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates,
Inc., has revised the plans and specifications for Deep Well No's 8 and 9
Pumping Facilities; and
WHEREAS, the consulting engineer has presented such plans and specificat,,na to
the Council for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the
official paper and in The Construction Bulletin an advertisement
for bids upon the making of such improvement under such approved
pians and specifications. The advertisement shall be published
for three days, shall specify the work to be done, shall state
that bids will be received by the City Clerk until 2:00 p.m. on
July 10, 1987, at which time they will be publicly opened in the
Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center building at 3400
Plymouth Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota, by the City Manager and
that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the
City Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check,
bid bond or certified check payable to the City Clerk for five
percent of the amount of such bid.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmemhers
Crain. Sisk. Zitur and Vasiliou
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
