HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-397CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Reqular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of dune , 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Zitur arid Vasiliou The following members were absent: none rsr* Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 97-397 APPROVING, LOT CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION FOR WILLYS HOLMOUIST, VFNT11RF V FOR PROPERTY NORTHEAST OF 54TH AVENUE NORTH AND NATHAN LANE (97047) WHEREAS, Willys Holmquist, Venture V, has requested consolidation o' platted Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Block 2, Scherer Industrial Development and Lot 1, Block 3 Ponds North, into two parcels for the purpose of constructing two office/warehouse buildings northeast of 54th Avenue North and Nathan Lane; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and has recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the consolidation of the following: Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, SCHERER INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT, and Lot 1, Block 3, Ponds North, Hennepin County, Minnesota To be divided as follows: Parcel A Block 2, SCHERER INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, except the east 226.18 feet of said Block 2. Contain- ing 5.77 acres. AND, Lot 1, Block 3, Ponds North. Parcel 8 The east 226.18 feet of Block 2, SCHERER INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT, according to the re- corded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Containing 5.06 acres. FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the Consolidation/Division is approved by Hennepin County. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider Councilmembers Crain Sisk and Vasiliou The fo owing voted against or abstained: Councilmember Zitur Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
