Pursuant to due. Cali and notler thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held orb the 15th day of June , 1987. They

Mayor Schneider introduved the following Resolution and moved it:,

APPROVING F1►1AL PLAT AND ili.VFL(*"NT CONTRACT FOR PINE RIDCF AT BASS LAKE FOR SCHFRBFR,
BONINE, SCF[ RBER PARTNERSHIP (56147)
WHEREAS, Scherber, Bonine, Scherber Partnership lids requesLed approval for a Ftrial Plat
for Pine Ridge at Bass Lake, a plat for ?8 single family residential lots northeast of
Pineview Lane and the Soo Line Railroad; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared d Development Contract covering the Improvements
related to said plat;
.NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Scherber, Bonine, Scherber Partnership for Pine Ridge at Bass Lake,
located northeast of Pineview Lane and the Soo Line Railroad; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Crain , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Zitur, and
Vasiliou The following
voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
