Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of June , 1987. The
following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur — The
following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 391
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR TYRELL FIFTH ADDITION FOR HANS HAGEN
HOMES (87029) (RPUD 79-2)
WHEREAS, Hans Hagen Homes has requested approval for a Final Plat for Tyrell Fifth
Addition (RPUD 79-2), a plat for 29 single family residential lots and one outlot
located at Juneau Lane and 45th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Final Plat and Development
Contract for Hans Hagen Homes for Tyrell Fifth Addition located at Juneau Lane and 45th
Avenue North; and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the Mayor
and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the
City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mavor Schneider. Councilmemhers Crain_
voted against or abstained: none
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
