Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a_ regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1St day of
June 1987. The following members were present:. Schneider,
Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Wasiliou and Zitur _
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 382
ACCEPTING THE 1986 FINANCIAL RECORT AND AUDIT
WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the 1987 Financial Report
prepared by the Finance Director and the audit of said report prepared by
Seifert, Bette, 6 Co., Ltd; and
WHEREAS, the firm of Seifert, Betts, 6 Co., Ltd., has issued an unqualified
opinion as to the results of their audit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth. Minnesota, that the financial report prepared by the City's F;nance
Director and the audit of said report as prepared by Seifert, Betts, b
Ltd. be and the sam are hereby approved and accepted.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember, litur and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
T- favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Ccuncilmembers Crain, Sisk,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
