HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-380CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1St day of June , 1987. The following members were resent: Mayor c nes er, uncilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The following members were absent: none ,k,r,lr ,wt,t atrt Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87- 380 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF A PORTION OF BERKSHIRE LANE, NORTH OF T.H. 55, EAST OF T.H. 55 WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Edward C. and Darlene B. Heins have petitioned the City Council for the vacation of a portion of the following street: Any part of Berkshire Lane North lying within the following tract of land: Tracts M. N, 09 P, and Q, Registered Land Survey No. 209, files of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota and that part of Tracts F, G, and L, said Registered Land Survey No. 209, lying Northerly and Northeasterly of the Northeasterly right-of-way line of Interstate Highway No. 494 as described in Doc. No. 1100404. AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of July 6, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon the followinB voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers train, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. r�
