HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-375CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1st day of June 1987. The following members were present: Moor Schneider, Counci mem ers rain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The following members were absent: none Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87- 375 ORDERING PROJECT - STREET LIGH'rING SILVERTHORNE 3RD ADDITION WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 87-374 on the 1st day of June, 1987, receiving a petition with respect to street lighting improvements in the Sivlerthnrne 3rd 2 Addition; and WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of ornamental residential street lights in the Silverthorne 3rd Addition; and WHEREAS, the Developer is the owner of 1002 of the property proposed to be assessed for the improvements, and signed a petition whereby he has waived his rights to a public hearing. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution adopted June 1, 1987. 2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by Northern States Power Company. 3. The estimated cost is $40.60 per month and will be adjusted based on Northern States Power rates. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken chereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk. Vasiliou and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
