Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the1St day of
June 1987. The following members were present: —1ol yor Schneider,
_ Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 87- 372
ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
TYRELL 5TH ADDITION
STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT N0. 737
WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the improvement of Tyrell 5th Addition,
including Lanewood Lane, 46th Place North and 47th Avenue North by the
installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and bituminous streets
with concrete curb and gutter and all necessary appurtenances, was duly
presented to the Council on the 6th day of April, 1987; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 87-234, adopted April 6, 1987, a report has
been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. with
reference to said improvements and this report was received by the Council on
June 1, 1987.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by
all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as
the location of the improvement, Tyrell 5th Addition, and they
have waived their rights to a public hearing.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution adopted April 6, 1987.
3. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. is hereby
designated as the engineer for this improvement. They shall
prepare plans and specifications for the making of such
improvement.
4. The estimated cost for said improvements are $233,067.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
