Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1St day
of June , 1987. The following memberswere present: Mayor Schneider,
Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: none

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 370
ORDERING PROJECT - STREET LIGHTING
KINGS NORTH ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 87-284 on the 18th day of May,
1987, receiving a petition with respect to street lighting improvements in
Kings North Addition; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of ornamental
residential street lights in Kings North Addition; and
WHEREAS, the Developer is the owner of 100% of the property proposed to be
assessed for the improvements, and signed a petition whereby he has waived his
rights to a public hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution adopted May 18, 1987.
2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this
improvement. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by
Northern States Power Company.
3. The estimated cost is $106 per month and will be adjusted based
on Northern States Power rates.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Coincilmember Zitur 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk,
Vasiliou and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: nulle
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
