CITY OF PLYMOUTH'
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1St day
of June , 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider,
Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: Pone

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 369
ORDERING PROJECT - STREE7 LIGHTING
WESTWOOD RIDGE 29D ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 87-316 on the 18th day of May,
1987, receiving a petition with respect to street lighting improvements in
Westwood Ridge 2nd Addition; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of ornamental
residential street lights in Westwood Ridge 2nd Addition; and
WHEREAS, the Developer is the owner of 1002 of the property proposed to be
assessed for the improvements, and signed a petition whereby be has waived his
rights to a public hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resnlutinn adopted May 18, 1987.
2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this
improvement. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by
Northern States Power Company.
3. The estimated cost is $54.20 per month and will be adjusted
based on Northern States Power rates.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Counciier Zitur , aqd upon vote being taken thereon, the
follorina voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, ,Council grSE ain. Sisk.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
