Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Citv
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1st day
of June , 1987. The following members were present: ONdyor Schneider,
.ouncilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were abjent: none
Counci member Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adnptinn:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 368
ORDERING PROJECT - STREET LIGHTING
STEEPLECHASE 3RD ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 87-314 ,-a the 18th day of May,
1987, receiving a petition with respect to street lighting improvements in the
Steeplechase 3rd Addition; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of ornamental
residential street lights in the Steeplechase 3rd Addition; and
WHEREAS, the Developer is the owner of 1002 of the property proposed to be
assessed for the improvements, and reigned a petition whereby he has waived his
rights to a public hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution adopted May 18, 1987.
2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this
improvement. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by
Northern Staten Power Company.
3. The estimated cost is $92.70 per month and will be adjusted
based on Northern States Power rates.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider-, Councilmembers Crain. Sisk,
Vasiliou and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: n n
Whereupon she Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
