HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-367CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1st day of June , 1987. The following umbers were present er Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The following members were absent: none Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87- 367 ORDERING PROJECT - STREET LIGHTING TYRELL 5TH ADDITION WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 87-315 on the 18th day of May, 1987, receiving a petition with respect to street lighting improvements in Tyrell 5th Addition; and WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of ornamental residential street lights in the Tyrell 5th Addition; and WHEREAS, the Developer is the owner of 100% of the property proposed to be assessed for the improvements. -and signed a petition whereby be has waived his rights to a public hearing. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution adopted May 18, 1987. 2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by Northern States Power Company. 3. The estimated cost is $54.10 per month and will be adjusted based on Northern States Power rates. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmebers Crain. Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none,: Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
