HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-366CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the Cityof Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1st day Of June , 1987. The following members were present:Fayor Schneider, ounce mem ers Uain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The fallowing members were absent: none Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87- 366 ORDERING PROJECT - STREET LIGHTING LAKE CAMELOT ESTATES WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 87-317 on the 18th day of May, 1987, receiving a petition with respect to street lighting improvements in Lake Camelot Estates; and WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of ornamental residential street lights in Lake Camelot Estates; and WHEREAS, the Developer is the owner of 1002 of the property proposed to be assessed for the improvements, and signed a petition whereby he has waived his rights to a public hearing. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution adopted May 18, 1987. 2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by Wright -Hennepin Electric. 3. The estimated cost is $480.30 per month and will be adjusted based on Wright -Hennepin Electric rates. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers train, Sisk. Vasiliou and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. ,itirit ,rrrt aytit
