Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1St day of
June , 1987. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider,
oudciimembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 364
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
CITY CENTER BUILDING HUMIDIFICATION SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following:
Description of Work:
Enlarge opening in floor and roof for stack relocation.
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for City Center Building Humidification
Improvements is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: that Change Order No. 2 for City Center Building
Humidification Improvements by adding $2,421.00 is approved.
Original Contract Amount $39,699.00
Previous Change Orders 330.00
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 - Add 2,421.00
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT...... $42,450.00
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk,-Vasiliou and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly paused and adopted.
