RESOLUTION NO. 87-361
PLANNING AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR FIRE STATION 3
WHEREAS. the City Council has directed Boarman Architects Inc. to Proceed with the
final oesion. appropriate contract documents. and bidding assistance. for the con-
struction of Fire Station 3: and
WHEREAS. a subdivision of land is necessary to satisfy development and review re-
quirements of the City Zoning Ordinance: and
WHEREAS. certain planning and preliminary engineering services are a necessary Part of
said work: and
.c'REAS. Westwood Planning and Engineering Company has submitted a Proposal to Provide
Such Professional planning and engineering service. which proposal has been reviewed
by this Council:

NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH.
MINNESOTA that the proposal dated Mav 26. 1987 submitted by Westwood Planning and
Engineering Company to Provide Professional services to'the City of Plymouth.
