Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 1st day of
June 119 87. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider,
�ouncilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur

Councilmember Zit: _ introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION No. 87- 360
APPROVING APPROXIMATELY $1,600 FOR THE INSTALLATION OF
ELECTRICAL SERVICE AT LACOMPTE PARK

WHLRLAS, the Plymouth/Wayzata Youth Baseball Association has requested she
installation of electrical service at LaCompte Park, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth/Wayzata Youth Baseball Association has agreed to reimburse
the City of Plymouth said cost over a three-year period, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed and recommended
this proposal, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation also recommends approval c:f said
proposal.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Director of Parks and Recreation is authorized to proceed with
the installation of electrical service at LaCompte Park at an estimated cost of
$1,600. Said cost is to be taken from the community playfield park dedication
account 218.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
followlng whin Favor t ereo : Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers rain,
Sisk,and Zrtur
Following voted against or abstained:
Councilmember Vasillou
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.--
