Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e Ist day of
June , 19 87. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider,
Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur
The following merbers were absent: none

Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 356
APPROVING SCHEMATIC BUILDING PLANS
WHEREAS, Delano Erickson, the architect for Parkers Lake bathhouse, has
submitted schematic designs for the Parkers Lake bathhouse, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed and
recommended approval of the schematic design plans, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has reviewed and also
recommended approval of the schematic design plans,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the schematic design plans dated May 6,
1987, are hereby approved, and Delano Erickson, the architect, is
authorized to proceed to the next le%el of drawings for said building.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Zitur and upon vote bein t},ereon the
following vot zn favor thereof:Mayor Schneider, bun- ci7members Crain,
Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
