Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was Reld on--t-'Fe- 1st day of
June , 19 87 . The following members were present:Ma- y�`chneider,
Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou.and Zitur
The ollFN nv meiEers were absent:
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 355
APPROVING CHANGE ORDERS NO. 2, 3, and 4 FOR PARKERS LAKL' CONTRACT NO. 712
WHEREAS, unforeseen conditions have caused additional work to be required at
Parkers Lake City Park, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has reviewed and recommended
Change Orders No. 2, 3, and 4,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that
Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $ 982.80,
Change Order No. 3 in the amount of $ 826.50, and
Change Order No. 4 in the amount of $7,296.00
are hereby approved, and further, that the total contract amount with
H.L. Johnson is amended from $269,247 to $278,352.30.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vot in avor thereof:Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain,
Sisk Vasiliou and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: ne
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
