HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-350CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 1st day of June , 1967. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur — Th; - following members were absent: none Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87- 350 APPROVING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR SCHOOL DISTRICT 284JWAYZATA SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL (87040) WHEREAS, Stan Tikkanen, School District 284, has requested approval of a Site Plan and Amendment and Conditional Use Permit to place a 1,904 sq. ft. "relocatable classroom building" on the site at Wayzata Senior High School, 305 Vicksburg Lane; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Stan Tikkanen, School District 284, for a Site Plan Amendment and Conditional Use Permit to place a "relocatable classroom building" at the Wayzata Senior High School site, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement for completion of site improvements. 3. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance. 4. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approv- als per Ordinance provisions. 5. The Conditional Use Permit shall be renewed in three years to determine what will happen with the temporary building at the end of the fourth year. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur and upon vote beano taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schne der, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur he following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
