Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the�s� da of June , 19 87. The

following members were absent: none
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 87- 348A
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND AT 3635
STATE HIGHWAY 101 FOR SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 284/GREENWOOD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (87038)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located at
3635 State Highway 101 from FRO (future restricted development) District to R -1A (low
density single family residential) District in conjunction with approval of a Site Plan
Amendment and Conditional Use Permit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct Rezoning to be final upon adoption and
publication of said Ordinance.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted In avor thereof:ayor Schneider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou
and Zitur The following
voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
