HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-347CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day of June , 19 87, The following members were present: Mayor Schneid , Councilmem ers Lrain, b1SK,— Vasiliou and Zitur The following members were absent: none Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87- 347 APPROVING SITE PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AMENDMENT (87032) WHEREAS, Jerry Jensen, Holiday Stationstores, Inc. has requested approval of a Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit Amendment for the extension of the existing canopy to the east and adding two fuel pumps at their facility at 10030 County Road 9; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; 10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Jerry Jensen, Holiday Stationstores, Inc. for a Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit Amendment to extend the existing canopy and add two fuel pumps at the facility at 10030 County Road 9, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing any open storm water drainage facility. 3. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance. 4. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approv- als per Ordinance provisions. 5. Resolution No. 85-184, as amended by Resolution No. 85-214, still applies. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: c neider, Councilmembers Crain, Sisk, Vasiliou and Zitur The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
