HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1987-346CITY OF PLYIDUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the ISt day of June 19 87, The following members were present: Mayor Schnei er, ouncilmembers Crain, 5id, Th— Vasiliou and Zitur following members were absent: none ��* FRR RRR Coundilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 87- 346 APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR C.A.S. VI, INC. FOR "BUILDING BB" (87026) WHEREAS, Stephen Hendrickson, G.A.S. VI, Inc., has requested approval of a Site Plan for "Building BB", an office/warehouse to be located southeast of County Roads 6 and 61; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MIN- NESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for Stephen Hendrickson, G.A.S. VI, Inc. for a Site Plan for "Building BB", an 26,316 sq. ft. office/warehouse located southeast of County Road 6 and 61, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the Dedication Policy in effect at the time of Building Permit issuance. 3. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement for completion of site improvewnts. 4. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance. 5. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance provisions. 6. Compliance with the Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants and fire lanes. 7. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the enclosure and no outside storage is permitted. 8. An 8 1/2 x 11 inch "As -Built" Fire Protection Plan shall be submitted prior to the release or reduction of any site improvement bonds per City Policy. Page two Resolution No. 87- 346 9. No Building Permit to he issued until the Lot Division is filed and revOrded with Hennepin County. 10. Appropriate legal dovuments, as approved by the City attorney, shall be filed on the property for the shared driveways, prior to the i-i.uanee of the building permit.
